This month's academy will feature Bill Stansbury, CPA with Succentrix Business Advisors.
In this two part discussion we will..
Talk about the basics of financial statements, even the elusive Balance Sheet and how it ties to the income statement. We will discuss what non-cash expenses are and how you can show a profit on your income statement, but not have more money in your bank account. Also, we will answer the question, “Should I do accounting on the accrual or the cash basis… or both?”
In part 2 we will discuss..
The Paycheck Protection Program Draw 1 and Draw 2 basics along with PPP forgiveness issues.
And maybe look into the future of the economy and income taxes. We have a new president and congress.
