If so, this event is for you! Make plans to attend the 1st Annual Small Business Forum, Saturday, August 17  from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm at the Monroe Convention Center located at 401 Lea Joyner Memorial Expressway in Monroe.

This event is bringing together nearly two dozen state and federal agencies, banks, micro-lenders and nonprofits and putting them under one roof.

Representatives will give a brief introduction of their program and the resources available that can help you:

  • grow and start a small business
  • access capital
  • apply for alternative financing
  • sell your goods and services
  • acquire industry specific training
An overview of agriculture related loans and grants will be presented by the United States Department of Agriculture.
