First National Bank Bayou DeSiard Dragon Boat Festival

This is a Family-Friendly fundraising event to support the Children's Coaliton for Northeast Louisiana. Spectator Admission is FREE. Canopies, tents and Spectators line the banks of the bayou to enjoy a lively atmosphere with a family health fair, children's activities, food and drinks and exciting dragon boat races. This year you can sponsor a youth team, put together your own full or half team or buy a single seat to become part of a new team. working together, teams of 21 race 40-foot boats accompanied by the beat of their team drummer. The three fastest teams take home medals and bragging rights.
