Time:6:00 PM - 8:00 PM CDT
Event Description:
Written by William Nutt
Directed by Toby Otero You are attending a dress rehearsal at the local community theatre. Something goes terribly wrong when a cast member is murdered during the show. All the cast members seemed to hate Derek Moore, so no one is surprised when the smooth-talking actor is found dead in the middle of the dress rehearsal. Archie Lewis, a well-intentioned detective who happens to be in the theater offers to solve the case, but things turn out more complicated that he anticipates. Why does the female stage hand, Ed, talk only in lines from classical literature and popular songs? Why does Francis keep covering for the unsmiling Jessica? Is there more to naive Terri than devotion to Derek? Do Maria's wisecracks cover a deeper secret? Is the director, Susan, trying to cover someone else's guilt - or her own?
