A new exhibit entitled "The History of Selman Field Navigation School" at the Flight Museum inside the Monroe Regional Airport will open at a special ribbon cutting ceremony on Tues, 8-15 at 11am. This patriotic exhibit, presented by Chennault Aviation & Military Museum, features vintage pictures of the Selman Field complex, video footage of WWII and actual artifacts commemorating the symbiotic relationship between the citizens of our community and the Navigation School Cadets. This is currently the largest known repository of historically significant artifacts from the school.
