Registration begins October 14, 2016

$50.00 Registration fee for the first child, $40 for each additional child 
Cash or checks only, make checks payable to : West Monroe Rec 
Fees must be paid by tryout date 
Must have a copy of birth certificate (even if they've played before) 
September 1st is the cut off date for each age group 
those that play for middle school are eligible to play
