Event Description:
The Monroe-West Monroe Convention and Visitors Bureau along with the cities of Monroe and West Monroe, Louisiana are excited to bring you a tour of our two cities via the Twin City Half and Full Marathon race. The terrain of the course will start off a little on the hilly side and wrap up as flat as possible. The routes will wind you through the beautiful historic downtowns of both cities as well as along majestic tree lined neighborhoods full of majestic homes and along bayous. The event will start and finish at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center in West Monroe, LA. The course is certified USA Track & Field/Boston Marathon Qualifier
All profits of this half/full marathon will be awarded to non-profit(s) selected by the race planning committee local to the Monroe/West Monroe, LA area.
