Positive Outcomes is a local ABA clinic located in West Monroe, LA who work with children ages 3-13. We are looking for a professional, quick learner, flexible office manager with medical office experience to join a small office environment where children are learning!
Responsibilities include not only answering the phone and redirecting calls to BCBA as needed. You will be the friendly face first seen by those entering the clinic. You will make and receive emails and faxes, operate in excel, Google Docs, and Microsoft office; reconcile billed claims and maintain database, perform scheduling, and assist therapists as needed. You will have interaction with the child clients. Prior office management experience is required, and dictates pay. Must have ability to prioritize tasks and complete daily assignments independently. Medical billing experience preferred. We are a 2024 booster Flu and Covid vaccine required office because we work with vulnerable children. This may become a full-time position in the future.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour. Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
