EPC Names Conrad D'Souza Chief Operating Officer

EPC is pleased to announce Conrad D'Souza as its new Chief Operating Officer. With over 25 years of leadership experience, Conrad brings a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence through strategic initiatives. In his new role, he will streamline operations, implement key performance indicators (KPIs), and foster innovation across business units, with a focus on enhancing EPC’s competitive edge through technology integration and strategic partnerships.

Conrad brings extensive experience in global business transformation, EBITDA growth, and mentoring high-performance teams. He has successfully managed P&L’s, product strategy, business development, and M&A’s across various industries. Most recently, he served as COO at Benton Ridge Telephone Company (d/b/a Watch Communications), following leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Cima Group, Alvarion, Telcordia Technologies/Ericsson, and Nortel.
