WMWO Chamber announces new Board Chairman

The West Monroe-West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 2018 Chairman of its Board of Directors.
Dr. Clark Cooper has been elected to serve as chairman of the West Monroe-West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He will serve a two-year term that began on January 1, 2018.
Dr. Cooper is the owner of Cooper Veterinary Hospital located in West Monroe. He has a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech and a doctorate in veterinary medicine from the Louisiana State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
He is president of the Ouachita Parish Mosquito Abatement Board and a founding member of the Northeast Louisiana Animal Emergency Clinic. He is married to Alana Cooper, executive director of the Monroe-West Monroe Convention and Visitors Bureau. They have two children.
